Beaubears Outfitters – Packages & Pricing
Moose Package (Non-Resident 1 hunters per license) Price: $10,500 USD
- Duration: 5 days hunt / 7 nights stay (Arrive on Sunday afternoon / Monday for scouting and depart the following Sunday. Your moose hunting begins on Tuesday to Saturday of the last full week of September)
- Non-Hunter Companion Fee $1,200 USD
- Includes: fully guided hunt, meals, and lodging
- Duration: We run 5-day black bear hunts that begin on Monday and wrap up Friday evening. Guests are invited to arrive at our hunting lodge on Sunday prior to the hunt and stay through Saturday morning, which includes 5 full days of hunting and a 6 night stay.
- Includes: fully guided hunt, meals, and lodging
- Second Bear tag optional Price: Extra $1,250 USD
Combo Fishing & Bear Package (Non-Resident) 5 days Price: $4,250 USD
- Duration: Spend your mornings casting for bass and trout, then head out in the evenings for your bear hunt, creating the perfect blend of fishing and hunting adventure. Guests are invited to arrive at our hunting lodge on Sunday prior to the hunt and stay through Saturday morning, which includes 5 full days of fishing and hunting.
- Includes: fully guided hunt, boat, meals, and lodging
A $500 USD deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable; however, if you’re unable to attend your scheduled hunt, you may transfer your booking to another person for the same date.
All package prices are before taxes. Any applicable federal or provincial taxes will be applied when you confirm your reservation.
What’s included:
- Guided hunt, scouting & baiting, daily transport to stand/blind
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, drinks (non-alcoholic)
- Accommodation: comfortable cabin (bedding, hot showers, facilities)
- Registration assistance for bear tag/licence with NB authorities
- Optional add-ons (fishing excursion, second bear opportunity, companion fees)
What’s not included / additional costs:
- Travel to/from Beaubears Outfitters location
- Non-resident bear licence & tag fees ($184 CAD mandatory)
- Additional harvests (e.g., second bear)
- Non-hunter companion fees
- Personal gear: firearms/archery gear, hunting outfit, rain gear, boots, insect repellent, lifejackets
- Sleeping Bag (all beds come with pillow, clean sheets, and mattress cover)
- Alcohol, personal purchases, gratuities
- Meat processing or taxidermy, meat deboning & packaging for travel.
We will provide one (1) guide for three (3) hunters. Our guides are experienced and successful in their hunts. We can accommodate rifle, bow and crossbow hunting. The hunting areas are pre scouted well in advance of your arrival. Beaubears Outfitters is dedicated to making your hunt unforgettable.
